Hillsborough Psychological Services, PLLC ("we," "us," or "the practice") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it. It applies to this website only, and is separate from the Notice of Privacy Practices that governs protected health information for clients of the practice, which is provided when clinical services begin.

Information we collect

• Information you provide. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to share — such as your name, email address, phone number, and your message. Please don't include sensitive health details in the contact form; we'll follow up to discuss anything personal through a secure channel.
• Website analytics. We use a privacy-focused analytics tool (Umami) that sets no cookies and collects no personal information. It provides only aggregate, anonymous data — such as how many people visit and which pages they view — and cannot identify you.

How we use information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you ask, to let you know when the practice begins accepting clients. We use aggregate analytics only to understand and improve the site. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

How information is handled

Contact form submissions are delivered to our practice email through a third-party form service (FormSubmit). This website is hosted by Netlify. These providers process limited data on our behalf to operate the site.

Protected health information

This website is not intended for transmitting protected health information (PHI). For any clinical or personal health communication, we use secure, HIPAA-appropriate channels rather than this website's contact form or ordinary email.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults — including parents and guardians, referring providers, and prospective clients. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.

Your choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, or to request that we delete information you've sent us.
